Triple Win for Mandalay Samui Developments at Asia Pacific Property Awards 2015-2016
Mandalay Samui Developments latest project, Mandalay Beach Villas wins the Best Residential Development (Thailand) Award, scoops the Highly Commended Property Single Unit (Thailand) Award, and recognised as one of the Nominees for the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2015-2016
Asia Pacific Property Awards and Summit 2015-2016 took place at the Shangri-La Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, where Mandalay Samui Developments competed against a number of high-profile developers in the Asia Pacific to receive the awards.
Lord Courtown from the House of Lords in British Parliament was present on stage in his capacity as Chairman of the Architecture and Interior Design categories committee while each winning company was presented with either a ‘Highly Commended’ or ‘5-Star’ award.
Mandalay Beach Villas received ‘Best Residential Development (Thailand)’ and ‘Highly Commended Property Single Unit (Thailand)’ awards from the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2015-2016 sponsored by Grohe. Furthermore Mandalay Beach Villas recognised as one of the regional nominees of the Asia Pacific region, and now go on to be judged against the other nominees in the region to determine the best in the Asia Pacific Region, and ultimately the World’s Best.
Later this year, the highest scoring winners from the Asia Pacific Property Awards will compete against other winning companies from Europe, the UK, Europe & Africa, the Americas and Arabia to find the ultimate World’s Best in each category. The announcement of this year’s World’s Best winners, will be held at the International Grand Finale event, at the London Marriott Grosvenor Square on the 7th December.
